New details for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will feature two characters for the first DLC pack, open beta problems and Black Goku gameplay trailer.
Bandai Namco Entertainment streamed a new gameplay trailer for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2", which features Black Goku from "Dragon Ball Super" anime series. Black Goku will be available to gamers who have pre-ordered "Xenoverse 2" and they get to use him in his based form, Crunchyroll reported.
The trailers sees him fighting Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta in what appears to be the ruined world of Future Trunks. Black Goku is the central villain in the"Dragon Ball Super's" current arc, "Future Trunks" saga and it is revealed that Black is actually Zamasu from a different timeline, who succeeded in swapping his body to his timeline's Son Goku using the Super Dragon Balls.
Zamasu in Goku's body killed Goku and his family and proceeded to use his "Zero Mortals plan" to destroy every human in across time and the multiverse. The catch however, is that he must find a universe without a God of Destrution as Supreme Kai's are not allowed to lay a finger on creation and operate outside their jurisdiction. He eventually found Future Trunk's timeline and began killing everyone leading to Trunks seeking help from Son Goku and his father Vegeta from the past.
It is unknown yet if Black Goku will have the Super Saiyan Rose transformation in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" similar to the anime show.
Aside from Black Goku, Bandai announced the two other characters in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2's" first DLC pack as the company's official Twitter page tweeted that Cabba (or Kyabe) and Frost from Universe 6 are added to the roster.
Both Cabba and Frost appeared in "Dragon Ball Super" as part of Champa's team in Universe 6 alongside Hit, Botamo and Auta Magetta. Cabba is a Saiyan in Universe 6 were in his race are protectors, while Frost is regarded as hero, but in actuallity is villain who uses his new found fame for devious acts in order to gain more recognition.
