OnePlus Pixel spotted online, device to arrive pre-installed with Android 7.0 Nougat?

While OnePlus was busy working on the Android 7.0 Nougat update for its handsets, a new benchmark testing has revealed a new smartphone; OnePlus Pixel. The said handset was reported to be running on the latest firmware from the biggest search engine company, Google.

The Mobile Indian had learned that although OnePlus was reported to be releasing the OnePlus 3T on November 15, a recent handset dubbed as OnePlus Pixel was seen on benchmark listing.

Based on the GeekBench listing, the OnePlus Pixel obtained 2326 points in single-core test and in multi-core test it received 5475 points. Moreover, the listing made by Geekbench shows that the OnePlus Pixel is packed with 6GB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 1.59 GHz quad core processor. The handset is based on the latest Android 7.1 Nougat operating system.

On the other hand, PhoneRadar reported some of the specifications that the OnePlus 3T is expected sport. The handset will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC that will be coupled with 6GB RAM. Nevertheless, there are also talks stating that it might be coming with a gigantic 8GB of RAM.

The OnePlus 3T will also have an Optic AMOLED display and Dash Charge fast charging technology that are popular on OnePlus 3. This handset is also predicted to arrive boasting similar design as OnePlus 3 with fingerprint sensor incorporated into the physical home button.

Additionally, since most of smartphone makers are offering NFC mobile payments option, OnePlus might introduce this feature at least for Chinese variants. The OnePlus 3T will be powered by 3,300mAh battery.

There is a little information about the OnePlus Pixel as of the moment but more details are expected to arise as OnePlus confirm the said smartphone in the making. Meanwhile, the OnePlus 3T will be unveiled on November 15 at $479 based on Evan Blass.
