This year's "American Idol" Top 3 have been announced; and they are Jax, Nick Fradiani and Clark Beckham. Rayvon Owen finished his Idol run in the fourth place. The Season 14 Top 3 will be competing on Tuesday (May 12), and the 2015 Idol champ will be announced the next day (May 13).

The "American Idol" 2015 Top 4 performed three songs. Judge Jennifer Lopez gave the first round to Jax. Judge Keith Urban said Rayvon Owen won the second round. Judge Harry Connick Jr. chose Nick Fradiani for the third round. Host Ryan Seacrest announced Rayvon Owen was out at the end of the night.

Nick Fradiani stood out for the judges in all the three rounds. They had high praises for Clark Beckham, but they said he needs to find a way to make special moments out of the beginning of a song. They also liked Jax, but they thought her third song ("Misery Business" by Paramore) was not spot-on. In contrast, Nick cut out a three for three.

The three songs performed by the "American Idol" 2015 Top 4 were: one, chosen by resident "American Idol" 2015 mentor Scott Borchetta; two, chosen by the contestant as their dedication to their hometown; and three, chosen by judges JLo, Urban and Connick Jr.

Jax, who "won" Round 1 sang The Who's "My Generation." Rayvon, who got Round 2, sang "As" by Stevie Wonder. Nick Fradiani performed Edwin McCain's "Ill Be" for Round 3.

"American Idol" is wrapping up. The live shows on May 12 and 13 will cap the year's search for the next potential big name in the music industry.
