Kerry Washington was featured in a gag reel related to "Scandal" season 4 posted by ABC on YouTube.

The one-minute video showed "Scandal" actors including Elizabeth North (Portia de Rossi), Huck (Guillermo Diaz), President Fitz, Mellie (Bellamy Young) and Olivia Pope, played by Kerry Washington.

The video started with a serious conversation interrupted by a phone call. Then, it transitioned to the different bloopers in the show. It even featured Pope making funny faces while holding the clapper. This was an unusual scene from the actress since her role in the TV series is a serious one.

Meanwhile, show creator Shonda Rhimes might have hinted on the possibility of Pope playing the First Lady role in the next season, according to TV Line.

In a panel tour for ABC press, Matt Webb Mitovich asked Rhimes they will create a storyline about Pope becoming the First Lady. Rhimes immediately dismissed the question and said that they do not "comment on future storylines."

However, Rhimes elaborated her answer and said that she still thinks that the idea for Pope becoming a First Lady is "intriguing." She said, "That's all I'll say."

Rhimes said that "Scandal" season 5 will be all about the "reconstitution of the gladiators." Though Pope's gladiator side was featured last season, it was overshadowed by her kidnapping scene.

"The Gladiators did gladiate. But they gladiated on a different scale and a different level and the Gladiators scattered," Rhimes said.

"Scandal" season 5 will premiere on  ABC on Sept. 24 at 9 p.m. EST.
