'Tekken 7' Rumors: Nina, Anna, Kuma Added To The Roster; Bandai Namco Plans To Launch 'Tekken X Street Fighter' Next Year! [VIDEO]

Tekken 7 is a 3D fighting game developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment the ninth installment in the Tekken game series.

New "Tekken 7" details will feature Nina, Anna and Kuma returning to the game and a rumored launch date for "Tekken X Street Fighter" next year.

Three characters from the Tekken series will return to the game series as the assassin sisters, Nina and Anna Williams and Heihachi Mishima's pet bear, Kuma are rumored to be the next fighters added in "Tekken 7's" growing roster, Venture Capital Post reported.

"Tekken 7's" roster will feature both old and new faces in the game and so far, the returning characters in the game include Kazuya, Heihachi, Jin, Xiaoyu, Hwoarang, Steve Fox, Marshall Law, Paul Phoenix, Bryan Fury, Yoshimitsu, King, Dragunov, Lars Alexandersson, Alisa, Leo, Feng Wei and Devil Jin. The new characters in the game consist of Josie Rizal, Lucky Chloe, Katarina Alves, Claudio Serafino, Gigas, Shaheen, Jack-7 and Kazumi Mishima.

Gaming fans from Twitter have asked Tekken creator Katsuhiro Harada as to when will they add more characters in "Tekken 7". When asked the question about returning classic characters like Kunimitsu, Jun Kazama or Angel in the game, Harada tweeted an answer saying that he has no comment about the characters. Base from Harada's answer its seems that he and Bandai Namco wanted the complete list in the roster to be a secret.

It was rumored that Jun Kazama and the vampire Eliza from "Tekken Revolution" could also be in "Tekken 7" due to Jun's popularity in the game series and Harada teasing fans about Eliza's involvement in the sequel.

In other news, Bandai Namco is looking the launch "Tekken X Street Fighter" crossover game in 2016 as the Japanese game complany has been planning to make the game happen, but are busy developing "Tekken 7" and the Pokemon fighting game, "Pokken Tournament", Realty Today reported. Harada stated tha he wanted "Tekken X Street Fighter" to have an early launch date, but with the amount of time given by both "Tekken 7" and "Pokken Tournament", it seems that new crossover game will have a later launch date than expected.

"Tekken 7" has been speculated to have a 2016 launch date for PlayStation and Xbox consoles, while rumors of PC version will be in the works once the consoles have been release in the market.
