Jon Watts’ ‘Spider-Man’: Tom Holland Gets A Peter Parker Haircut, Sculpts A Leaner Physique

"Spider-Man" actor Tom Holland seems to be embracing his iconic web-slinger roles as he has got his brand new Peter Parker haircut and leaner shape.

According to Comic Book, Holland had his hair parted in the middle with his long bangs, which mirrors Parker's hairstyle in "Ultimate Spider-Man" comic book and animated series. The publication also mentioned that Holland had undergone a dramatic transformation of his physique, presumable for the role. The actor had toned his muscles and had shaped up, which was noticeable from his previous look.

Holland is set to don Spider-Man's mask and suit in Jon Watts' forthcoming "Spider-Man" film reboot, which is viewed as Marvel's coming-of-age film. In his interview with IGN, In his interview with IGN, Watts said that Cameron Crowe's 1989 comedy drama film "Say Anything," 2000's musical drama "Almost Famous," and Steve Rash's 1987 film "Can't Buy Me Love," were his favorite coming-of-age films, which could have inspired his "Spider-Man" film.

Prior to his appearance in Jon Watts' solo "Spider-Man" reboot, Holland will debut the character in Marvel's Cinematic Universe the Russos' "Captain America: Civil War," which centers on the release of the Accords. It is released by the government to limit superheroes from using their powers.

Spider-Man's side in "Captain America: Civil War" has not yet been revealed at this point, while previous rumors said that he would team up with Iron Man's team, which reportedly includes Black Widow, War Machine, The Vision, and Black Panther. They are set to clash against Captain America's team, which includes Hawkeye, Falcon, Agent 13, and Ant-Man.

The Russos' "Captain America: Civil War" is set to premiere on May 6, 2016 while Watts' "Spider-Man" film reboot is set to hit theaters on July 28, 2017.
