Speculations have been dominating the gamers' world recently because of a supposed image of "Dragon Ball XenoVerse 2," along with a June 2016 release date written on it. This controversial image is believed to be suggesting the highly anticipated release of Bandai Namco's "Dragon Ball XenoVerse 2," dubbed by many enthusiasts as "DBX2."
It is as if Bandai Namco is already working on the sequel of "Dragon Ball XenoVerse." All these speculations came from a screenshot posted on the internet that says, "Dragon Ball XenoVerse2 and June, 2016" at the bottom of the screen. However, it appears that this alleged screenshot is hoax because of the Sony PlayStation 4 logo at the very bottom of the screen.
The logo on the said screen shot is using the old version compared to what Sony PS4 has at the moment. One little detail that was missed by the poster is the unusual quotation mark on the suggested date. There is a big possibility that the image implies false announcement, according to Cross Map.
Still about the latest news on Bandai Namco's "Dragon Ball XenoVerse," it is said that there will be some changes that will happen to the game. It was confirmed on the official website of the game that character changes will be visible. First notable change that will be seen is the skin color, as the usual flesh colored skin is now green and Goku's typical yellow hair is now colored blue.
Also, new character capabilities on transformations are revealed on the expansion pack of the upcoming "Dragon Ball XenoVerse" DLC. Another significant detail that fans should not miss is that Frieza now has the ability to turn its opponents to gold upon the completion of his ultimate evolution. Additional fact is that Goku's hair will turn to blue once he uses the "godly ki."
If this can be considered as a twist in "Dragon Ball XenoVerse," players can allegedly use Naruto's character, Naruto Uzumaki, in playing DBX. Gamers might expect the usual Konoha ninja look of Naruto, but apparently, it is different from the norm. According to rumors, Jaco the Patrolman is the latest addition to the characters of the game. This character is said to be unbelievably strong that can even beat soldiers of Frieza, added by Gospel Herald.
"Dragon Ball XenoVerse" was already released in Feb. 5 in Japan on all gaming consoles such PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC (Steam). The scheduled release in North America is on Feb. 24, Europe on Feb. 27 and Australia on Feb. 26 for PS3, PS4, Xbox One and 360. Release date on Steam will be on Feb. 27.
