Along with Lil Wayne and Drake, Kanye West and Eminem are the artists who collaborated in the 2009 song titled "Forever." Recently, Kim Kardashian West's husband compared himself to the "Rap God" rapper.
"I feel like I'm Eminem, you know?" Kanye said in an interview with Complex. He pointed out that people simply see Eminem as a rapper and not a "white rapper."
Aside from rap music, Kanye is also into fashion. He pointed out that like Eminem, people simply see him as a fashion designer not a black designer, straight designer, celebrity designer and all the types of things that he said kind of held him back conceptually in being accepted as a designer.
"You just think of those words," Kanye explained. "But when those moon boots come out, you put them on your feet and just swag out and go somewhere with your friends, those words don't matter."
Eminem has yet to comment on the comparison. Their collaboration song "Forever" with Drake and Wayne was from the soundtrack to the "More Than a Game" documentary film following Cleveland Cavaliers small forward and power forward LeBron James.
Meanwhile, Kanye sat front row at the Balmain show in Paris on March 3, Thursday. With his hood up covering his face, he was looking down at the floor as he sat next to Kris Jenner, who was there to support Kendall Jenner, according to Daily Mail.
Unlike his mood during the Balmain show, Kanye looked happy to be home when he was spotted in Los Angeles on March4, Friday. He was wearing the same ripped jeans he wore during the Balmain show in Paris.
Similar to something his wife has worn, Kanye's ripped jeans virtually exposed all of his legs including portions of his upper thighs. He matched the slacks with a hoodie under a pale denim shirt and a pair of Yeezy Boost 750 sneakers.
Kanye was welcomed by some fans as he walked through the airport arrivals area. He was smiling as he greeted the fans and signed autographs.
