The latest details for "Street Fighter 5" will feature the March update to have two parts and DLC character Alex to be available in the game for free.
Capcom announce regarding the March DLC update this week as the video game company will reveal more gameplay details for the upcoming expansion and it seems that they made good on there promise for the video game fans. According to Capcom, "Street Fighter 5's" latest DLC this month will be divided into two parts and that the DLC fighter Alex is said to be free for players to use, Gamespot reported.
The first update will be released in March 28 which will contain new game features such as "Challenge Mode", "Trials", "Online Rematch Options", improvements on the Battle Lounge and various bug fixes within "Street Fighter 5".
Capcom explained that new game modes for the March DLC update as gamers will be delited to see the new "Challenge Mode" which contain several options such as "Demonstrations", "Beginner Tutorials", Intermediate Tutorials" and "Advanced Tutorials". "Trials" will have gamers put their skills to the test as it features combo trials for all 16 characters in "Street Fighter 5's" roster and "Online Rematch Option" allows gamers to challenge their opponents again in a rematch with 2/3 sets in Ranked and Casual matches.
The second DLC will have the in-game shop and "Street Fighter 5's" first DLC character Alex. However, Capcom stated that the game's currency, Zenny will not be integrated yet to the in-game shop and gamers will have the opportunity to use Alex for free until the in-game shop has been applied. The second update will launch on March 30 at 10 AM PT/1 PM ET/5 PM GMT, VG 24/7 reported.
Capcom added that they wanted to be extra careful and make sure the in-game store is fully tested and optimized before they launch it.
Alex is one of the six DLC characters for "Street Fighter 5" along with Urien, Guile, Ibuki, Balrog and Juri. In addition, the second haft of the DLC will feature more bug fixes which include the lack of XP received byplayers during Casual matches and disappearing colors for the characters. There also in-game tweaks for characters M. Bison, Rashid, Vega and Chun-Li.
"Street Fighter 5" is currently available for the PlayStation 4 and PC platforms.
