"One Piece" chapter 823 ended with a shocking revelation as it was revealed that the Revolutionaries' secret base, Baltigo, has been destroyed by the Blackbeard Pirates. However, "One piece" chapter 824 predictions tell otherwise.
Last chapter, kings and royalties from more than 50 nations start heading out to Mariejois for the Reverie. King Cobra, Dalton, King Riku, King Neptune and Elizabello are among the attendees of the said meeting at the Holy Land. Meanwhile, Luffy and company found out that Carrot sneaked inside the ship and left without a choice, they let her tag along.
The biggest shocker in this chapter was when Pedro got the latest newspaper, with the headline saying Baltigo, the hidden base of the Revolutionary Army, was destroyed. Hence, fans from Oro Jackson shared their "One Piece" chapter 824 spoilers and predictions and user Shadow Logia believes the Blackbeard Pirates and the Revolutionary Army did not actually engage.
In fact, Dragon forged an alliance with the newly-crowned Yonkou with Blackbeard attacking the World Government while Dragon will be giving him the information he covets which is the hidden treasure in Mariejois.
Moreover, the annihilation of the RA base is meant to deceive the World Government while they prepare for an all-out attack. Blackbeard, however, questions Dragon for forging an alliance with him since his son, Monkey D. Luffy, has a bone to pick with him. Nevertheless, he was also hesitant on picking a fight against Dragon as he is believed to be one of the strongest men alive.
On the World Government side, Fleet Admiral Akainu is doubtful that Dragon and his army lost easily so he ordered Admiral Kizaru and Ryokugyu to check the island.
Meanwhile, fans are intrigued with the inclusion of Carrot in Luffy's quest to rescue Sanji, Hall of Fame Magazine. Author Eiichiro Oda is known for his foreshadowing and he will not include Carrot without any solid reason. As seen in the previous chapter, the Rabbit Mink was so thrilled to see the ocean which signified her desire to go on a voyage.
