“Shahs of Sunset” season 5 star Jessica Parido is single once again. After filing for a divorce from her co-star Mike Shouhed, the 27-year-old did not waste time and started dating Karlen Shubaralyn. Turns out, only a couple months of dating, the two eventually called it quits.
According to Enstarz, Parido, on her official Instagram account, recently hinted that she is, once again single. The outlet further noted that Parido has not spoken about Shubaralyn in a couple of months. The news of the alleged break up is particularly surprising since multiple reports claimed that it was only a matter of time before Parido and Shubaralyn will get engaged.
Parido filed for a divorce in November and days after, revealed that she has started a relationship with Shubaralyn. According to Us Weekly, Shubaralyan vowed to show Parido how a "real man treats a woman."
An insider told the publication that he also brought the "Shahs of Sunset" season 5 star "the most beautiful engagement ring." Shubaralyn also reportedly has a "romantic proposal planned." While things seemingly were moving a bit too fast, with their divorce yet to be finalized, sources claimed that Parido felt ready to get married again. Although they have only started for a couple of months, the reality star felt that Shubaralyn is "The One."
"Jessica went through hell with Mike. She deserves to be happy," the insider said.
Meanwhile, during his guesting on "Watch What Happens Live," Shouhed admitted that it hit him hard when Parido decided to give everything back, including their engagement ring. The "Shahs of Sunset" season 5 star said that it made him feel like their relationship did not amount to anything.
"I supported her for the last five years, and she realized that, 'Look, I'm not gonna be with you, so this token of our love for each other doesn't mean anything. You might as well take it back and do whatever you're gonna do with it,'" Shouhed recounted.
While he said that they remained civil towards each other, Shouhed refused to comment on Parido's dating life. He added that he did not care if his ex-wife is now in another relationship, since girls are all lining up to be with him now that he is single.
