The latest details and possible spoilers for "Agents of S.H.I.E.LD." season 3 will feature a possible death of a character and Agent Phil Coulson's chooses a side after "Captain America: Civil War".
A new teaser clip for episode 20 of "Agents of S.H.I.E.LD." season 3 titled "Emancipation" will feature Phil Couson's (Clark Gregg) side in the aftermath of "Captain America: Civil War" as he meets General Glenn Talbot (Adrian Pasdar) in an undisclosed location possibly a bar or restaurant. Talbot was sent by the United States President to inform Coulson about the Sokovia accords and wants him to join on its cause.
Unfortunately, Coulson declined knowing that the accords will register super powered beings and known vigilante groups like the Avengers to work with the government under their supervision and the Inhumans are no exception to the rule knowing how devastating their powers are to the world. Coulson's new S.H.I.E.L.D. organization has Inhuman operatives like Daisy Johnson/Quake (Chloe Bennet) and Lincoln Campbell/Sparkplug (Luke Mitchell) and is not about to exploit knowing that their organization is already branded a terrorsit group and are working in in "shadows" rather in the light of day just like the Avengers. The clip ends with Coulson and Talbot going to another location using a secret elevator on the table they are sitting on, Screenrant reported.
It is no secret to Marvel fans on how Coulson admires Steve Rogers/Captain America (Chris Evans) as evidence to the first "Avengers" movie in 2012 that Coulson wanted Steve to sign his collection of Captain America trading cards before his supposed "death" at the hands of Loki (Tom Hiddleston).
With the Sokovia accords implemented, Captain America and the rest of the his Avengers team are branded renegades to the public and it will not be long for Coulson's team to be the target of the accords knowing that they will not side with them.
In other news, its seems that several characters are named to die during the events of show's season finale episode.
According E! News, the characters that will likely die in "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 3 are Lincoln, Mack Makenzie (Henry Simmons), Yoyo Rodriguez/Slingshot (Natalia Cordova-Buckley) and Joey Gutierrez (Juan Pablo Raba).
Lincoln is likely to die due to his connection with Daisy as he desperately wants to save her from Hive possessed Grant Ward (Brett Dalton), while Mack does whatever he can to save his partner even if it means his death.
As for both Yoyo and Joey, they will likely join Coulson to save their "Secret Warriors" team leader and one of them could die. Chances are that Yoyo could be possibly die due to the fact that she is wearing the same cross necklace that Daisy saw during her vision of the future.
"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 3 returns at 9pm on ABC.
