The latest details for "Final Fantasy 7" remake will feature new gameplay details next month and a possible launching of the game before March 2017.
Square Enix announced its line-up of upcoming video game titles starting this year until March 31, 2017 as the list include "Final Fantasy XV", "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, "Rise of Tomb Raider", "World of Final Fantasy", "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue", "Dragon Quest Heroes 2" and "SaGA SCARLET GRAVE".
Much to the fans surprise, "Final Fantasy 7" remake and "Kingdom Hearts 3" are not added to the list leading tot he speculation that the both titles could be out on the later months beyond March 2017, Attack of the Fanboy reported. However, Square Enix stated that line-up is still not complete, so there is a chance that "Final Fantasy 7" remake could be included in the line up.
In other news, Sqaure Enix could likely showcase some new game details or a trailer next month as this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo event is being held from June 14-16, IDigital Times reported. "Final Fantasy 7" remake has been met with many rumors and speculations regarding its gameplay as it said that the game will be divided into several episodes.
Square Enix game producer Yoshinori Kitase stated that they have reached a consesus on the number of of instalments the remake will have, but the plans are still open to changes along the way. He added that Square Enix has not yet decided if "Final Fantasy 7" remake should be a full action based style gameplay, but game director Tetsuya Nomura explained that "Dissidia" is the perfect title for for a contemporary action styled game.
There are also rumors that a bundle version of "Final Fantasy 7" remake could launch on 2019, while Square Enix will be developing new episodes in 2018. The remake will feature fully voiced characters and more mini-games than the original title.
However, both Kitase and Nomura stateted that the mini-games will be limited and that Square Enix might consider adding big and small things within the remake using the latest technology available. Kitase revealed that the development staff is still thinking on what to do with the mini-games.
Gamers will likely see more details for "Final Fantasy 7" remake next month and probably an official release date of the game.
"Final Fantasy 7" remake is speculated to launch sometime in 2017 for the PlayStation 4 as it marks the 20th Anniversary of the game.
