According to latest reports, the Nintendo NX and PlayStation 4.5 will be released in September this year.
The consoles will be unveiled at the Tokyo Game Show that will happen on September 15, according to a report from VR World. However, it is not confirmed whether Nintendo and Sony will participate at the event or not.
Reports suggest that the PlayStation 4.5 will have a much more advanced memory and GPU. Also, Sony will concentrate on virtual reality and will integrate it into the PlayStation 4.5.
At present, there is no information on how much the Nintendo NX console will cost. According to some reports, its price tag will be between $350 and $400. However, other reports suggest that Nintendo will accept a low price of $299.
The NX will support 4K video streaming at 60 fps and will be powered by an AMD SoC (x86 APU). Dragon Quest XI and Dragon Quest X are the games that will be available at its release.
According to many reports, compared to PS 4, the Nintendo NX will be much more powerful. It is believed that the Nintendo NX will accommodate improved memory capacity, superior CPU and an improved GPU.
Nintendo's Tatsumi Kimishima has said that the Nintendo NX will not be a direct success to the Wii U or 3DS consoles, IGN reported.
Kimishima further said that the Nintendo NX will have a bigger impact than the Wii U; however, this does not mean that the Nintendo NX will replace the console that has been launched in 2012.
The forthcoming NX will not follow the same platforms such as the 3DS and Wii U and will introduce something new. Some reports claim that Nintendo will arrange an event that will be focused on the forthcoming NX.
In another report, Sony will introduce the Xperia X series in the Indian market by the end of May. The release will include the Xperia X Performance, Xperia XA and the Xperia X smartphones. Sony released its Xperia X series of smartphones in February 2016. The firm released three handsets - Xperia X Performance, Xperia XA and Xperia X - under the series.
