Gwen Stefani celebrated her eldest son Kingston's 10th birthday on May 27, Friday. She was accompanied by her beau, Blake Shelton, to a adventure-packed Memorial day weekend getaway.
The "Used To Love You" singer started off with the birthday celebration with dune buggy rides and a fishing trip, according to US Weekly Magazine. The 46-year-old singer shared a glimpse of the exciting moments spent with her son on Snapchat. Stefani's video showed her saying "Happy Birthday, Kingston" as she took a ride in an ATV.
The singer also shared a video of her catching a frog with Kingston. However, the mother-son release the little creature back into the pond. Later, the duo was seen hopping onto a helicopter with Stefani's sweetheart and "Came Here To Forget" singer, Shelton.
The couple then flew to Shelton's gig at the Firestone Legends Day concert as Kingston sat back and smiled at them. While he was on stage, the 39-year-old country crooner sang some of the songs from his latest album "If I'm Honest." In a snapchat video, Stefani was seen singing along Shelton as he started off with his 2013 hit "Sure Be Cool If You Did. Kingston, who sat in her mother's lap, later joined Stefani and mouthed the words.
It is rumored that Shelton, who started dating Stefani in October 2015, recently proposed to her lady love, according to The Hollywood Gossip. The singer planned the surprise for Stefani by hiding a ring worth $1.2 million from Tiffany in a KFC chicken bucket.
Surprisingly, Stefani refused to the proposal, the publication states. It is being speculated that Stefani is still not sure whether the decision to marry Shelton would be right for her three kids, Kingston, Zuma (7) and Apollo (2).
Shelton's proposal to Stefani was long awaited by fans who are always left mesmerized by how cutely the couple behaves when they are in public. However, whether Shelton has actually proposed Stefani or not has not been confirmed officially.
Stefani's ex, Gavin Rossdale, recently met his ex-wife to discuss about the future of their three kids, the publication further states. Reportedly, Rossdale is not happy seeing his children spending a lot of time with Shelton and he fears that the country crooner might try to replace him as their father. May be, that is the reason why Stefani might have decided to turn down the proposal.
