New "Final Fantasy XV" details features several new gameplay demos at the E3 2016 event and the release date of "Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV" in North America.
Square Enix revealed tons of new details for "Final Fantasy XV" this week during this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo event as the video game developers did not waste time anytime revealed their latest gameplay demo called "Trial of Titan".
The demo is being played through the Xbox One console and it features "FFXV" protagonist Noctis locked in a three way fight between Niflheim empire's robot army and a gigantic titan. Gamers will see that defeating the Titan is no easy task as they will see Noctis struggles to gain the upper hand against it by dodging and warping away from its attack, and beating it by attacking its arm.
Noctis is soon joined by his friends Prompto, Ignis and Gladiolus as they work together to beat it. Using ice materia the Titan's arm is frozen setting Noctis for the kill as he chops off its frozen arm.
Square Enix also showcased a new game trailer for "Final Fantasy XV" featuring music from AfroJack. The trailer features more activities such as chocobo riding, a transforming car for fast travel, more monsters and robotic enemies, team work play by the characters and a virtual reality gameplay that lets gamers assume the role of Prompto, VG 24/7 reported.
Meanwhile, the release date for "Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV" will be on Aug. 19 in selected cinemas in North America, Gematsu reported. In addition, a new trailer for the movie has been showcased at E3 2016 at it deals with the incoming conflict between the two kingdoms Lucis and Niflheim.
The trailer also focuses on the members of King Regis elite soldiers the "Kingsglaive" such as Nyx Ulric, Drautos, Libertus Ostium, Lache Lazarus and Crowe Altius. King Regis and Lunafreya Nox Flueret will appear in the movie along with the Niflheim empires emperor Iedolas Aldercapt and his cohorts Ardyn Izunia and General Glauca
Not only that, Square Enix released episode 2 of "Brotherhood: Final Fantasy XV" anime which features the backstory of Prompto as the it sees him as a fat kid and his fateful meeting with the crown prince Noctis.
"Final Fantasy XV" will launch on Sept. 30 for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
