Kanye West has revealed that he is all set to collaborate with Taylor Swift. West has stated that they are going to record in the studio soon.
The rapper talked to On Air with Ryan Seacrest and when asked if he would collaborate with Taylor Swift, he said that he is ready.
"Yeah, she wants to get in the studio and we're definitely going to go in. Any artist with an amazing point of view, perspective, fan base, I'm down to get in the studio and work. I don't discriminate, I don't have an elitism of music because of like how many Grammys or you know, the amount of ratings you get on an album," Kanye West said.
He said he wants to give people energy and advice in the studio irrespective of the artist.
"I that think everyone loves music whether they love hip-hop, alternative, country, and if I could be involved in giving people any type of energy, advice in the studio, whether you're Beyonce, whether you're Taylor Swift, whether you're Jay Z, whether you're Beck, whoever, and they can be reciprocal with that, I'd like to be involved with that."
Back in 2009, it was Kanye West who interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for best female video award. He stated that Beyonce's "Single Ladies" is "one of the best videos of all time."
During the interview, he also talked about the infamous Grammy incident with Beck. He said that he went halfway up the stage and just wanted to "joke around about what had happened before."
He changed his mind as he didn't want to take away the moment from Beck. West said that it was nothing but "kind of a joke like the Grammys themselves."
