Samsung is teaming up with Microsoft and will be using most of its premium services and would not be utilizing most of the Samsung S6 pre-installed applications. The tech giant is going a little bit further with the new Galaxy S6. Some of the pre-installed apps will not be pre-loaded anymore. The likes of SHealth, S Voice, S Note or Scrapbook will be available in the Galaxy Apps Store, according to Forbes.
Samsung will however have some of the usual apps to be preloaded in the new Galaxy S6. What makes it interesting is that a number of Microsoft apps will be pre-installed too. It is apparently an end result of the deal they agreed to recently with regards to the patent royalty case they were embroiled in.
Smart phone fanatics are waiting for the release of Samsung's latest mobile smart phone. Samsung Galaxy S6 will soon bow and unveil at the Mobile World Congress on the coming month, PC World reported.
The deal between Samsung Mobile and Microsoft has something to do with Android patent licensing agreement. In lieu to this, users can expect OneDrive, OneNote and Skype will be readily available on the brand new Galaxy smart phones upon purchase.
Freebies are given away by Microsoft, just like they did on the Lumia smart phones where the capability to open and view password protected documents without the need of an Office 365 subscription. Premium Skype will also be pre-loaded.
Samsung is yet to finalize and disclose which pre-installed apps will be included in the Galaxy S6 once the company released it to the market.
