New details and possible spoilers for "Spider-Man: Homecoming" will feature the web-slinger in action in a leaked behind-the-scenes footage and a new list of possible character roles for Donald Glover.
It seems that a new list of possible character roles for the "Community" star Donald Glover has been revealed as Glover has been teased to play several characters that Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland) could encounter in the new Marvel live-action film.
One of these characters could be Hobbie Brown, who in the comics is teenage genius who takes the costumed identity of The Prowler. Originally Hobbie used The Prowler persona to commit several crimes and had encounters with Spider-Man, but had a change of heart and has offered help from Spidey in making New York a safer place against crime.
Another potential character that Glover could play in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" is Robbie Robertson,J. Jonah Jameson's co-editor at the Daily Bugle. Unlike Jameson, Robbie sees Spider-Man as hero and often had disagreements with the latter due Jonah's claims of Spider-Man being a menace.
Other potential characters include Horizon's Lab employee Max Modell and Daily Bugle reporter Ned Leeds. But one character has been consistent among fans that Glover will likely play in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" is Miles Morales, the Spider-Man from the Ultimate comics, The Hollywood Reporter reported.
In other news, Twitter username Mike Petchenik posted a video on Twitter showcasing a behind-the-scenes footage of chase scene in "Spider-Man: Homecoming".
The footage saw a stunt person wearing a "Spider-Man" costume stopping someone riding a bicycle. It was speculated that the footage is a chase scene were Spider-Man caught a mugger or thief. The scene will likely be augmented further in post-production of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" via CGI, Screenrant reported.
Previous reports revealed that the "The Nice Guy" actress Angourie Rice will joining the growing cast of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" and is rumored to be Gwen Stacy in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Peter Parker/Spider-Man will be facing not one but three possible villains in the movie as Michael Keaton is rumored to play the Vulture, while Logan Marshall-Green will be portraying the Tinkerer and Bokeem Wood Woodbine's character has not been revealed.
"Spider-Man: Homecoming" will be release on July 7, 2017.
