It was just in December 2015 when the hit Japanese anime series, "One Punch Man," ended its first season with a bang. While fans are waiting for "One Punch Man" Season 2 to arrive, new reports are loud that the series' first season is set to air on Adult Swim's Toonami.
According to Comic Book Resources, it was during the Anime Expo earlier this month when it was announced that "One Punch Man" is going to have an English-dubbed version under the Adult Swim network. With this confirmation, fans, especially those who were not able to fully understand the Japanese version, are extremely excited after hearing that their favorite anime series will be dubbed in English.
On the other hand, the release of "One Punch Man" in English version may result to an earlier release date of "One Punch Man" Season 2, iTech Post has learned. It was also cited that the second season may air in October, or sooner. The report also revealed the voice actors who will play Saitama and Genos in "One Punch Man" Season 2. It was said that Max Mittleman will be the voice of Saitama, while Zach Aguilar will voice Genos.
In regards to the premiere of "One Punch Man" in Adult Swim, reports are saying that it will be a few days from now, while the release date of its second installment is not yet confirmed.
"One Punch Man" is based on the bestselling manga of the same name. The plot is about a regular individual named Saitama, who trained as hard as he can until he got bald and achieved a superb strength, wherein he can destroy his enemies in a single punch.
With his power to kill an enemy with a single blow, Saitama got bored doing this over and over again, until he met a more powerful villain named Boros, who travelled across the universe to face the one punch hero. In the end, Saitama defeated Boros in an action packed battle.
