Looks like business magnate Elon Musk is offering Amber Heard a shoulder to cry on while she's in the middle of a nasty divorce battle with estranged husband Johnny Depp.
Heard, 30 has been spending a lot of time with the 45-year-old Tesla Motors inventor amid her high-profile divorce with Depp, according to TMZ.
The gossip website reported that the "Magic Mike XXL" actress and her sister were spotted in the company of Musk at his hotel bungalow in Miami recently.
The report added that now-single Musk, who has an estimated net worth of $12.7 billion, also enjoyed a private dinner with Heard at his Los Angeles residence earlier this month. The pair has also been visiting each other frequently with the actress dropping by his LA office to spend time with him and Musk paying visits to Heard's house.
According to a Page Six report, despite having separate rooms, the two were spotted entering and exiting the same room on several occasions over the course of four days.
"They were seen arriving to, and leaving, the same room many times, but always separately. He was seen going in at night and doing a 'walk of shame' in the morning," a source told the publication.
However, source close to the rumored couple maintain that Heard and Musk are nothing more than friends and the business mogul allowed the actress to use her room while he was busy with a SpaceX rocket launch in Cape Canaveral.
Heard filed for divorce from Depp in May, days after the death of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor's mother Betty Sue Palmer, as previously reported.
Later that week, Heard made an appearance in court with a bruised face and obtained a restraining order against Depp after accusing him of physical and emotional abuse during the entirety of their 15-month marriage.
Musk is also in the middle of divorce proceedings with wife Talulah Riley. The English actress filed for divorce in March after the couple remarried in 2013.
