Explosive legal papers have been uncovered against Shawn Corey "Jay Z" Carter showing that he was sued by a 21-year-old aspiring rapper Rymir Satterthwaite in 2014, the National Enquirer reported. Satterthwaite revealed to the New Jersey court that his mother had an affair with the music mogul in the 90s and that the latter has executed all measures to cover up everything.
The aspiring rapper, with the help of his legal guardian Lillie Coley, accused Beyonce's husband of lying in court in order to avoid a paternity test. However, the judge dismissed the case because the state lacked jurisdiction over Carter. Furthermore, it has not concluded that Carter is not the 21-year-old's biological father.
This dismissal has caused Coley, Satterthwaite's guardian, to file another civil lawsuit in 2014.
Coley said that they are planning to reveal more about the case to the public very soon, the New York Daily News wrote.
"Right now, I can't talk to you about it. We are planning to talk to the public really soon," Coley said on Feb. 19, Thursday. The paralegal guardian declined to discuss the details, insisting that she is trying her best to protect Satterthwaite. She further said that her godson and his mother will address all of the issue in the future.
Wanda Satterthwaite, the mother, attended high school in Philadelphia and graduated in 1994. Her son, on the other hand, was born in 1993.
Meanwhile, Carter has married the "Queen Bey" Beyonce Knowles in April 2008. They became parents to daughter Blue Ivy Carter in January 2012.
