New "No Man's Sky" details will feature a "Explorer's Edition" for the PC version and a new game trailer will focus on survival on other planets.
It seems that Hello Games featured a new bundle pack for "No Man's Sky" as iam8bit revealed that the game will have a "Explorer's Edition" for the PC platform. The new "Explorer's Edition" is only limited to 10,000 and it is unknown yet if the PlayStation 4 version will also have the same bundle pack.
The "Explorer's Edition" of "No Man's Sky" will feature a PC game code (via Steam or GOG), including Horizon Omega ship pre-order bonus, Hand-painted, Cast Metal Ship Replica (1:35 scale) w/ decals for customization, Hard-enamel Traveller Pin, Diorama Display Backdrop, Atlas Traveller’s Log and Fisher Space Pen and special box set, Ausgamers reported
In other news, Hello Games streamed the final game trailer for "No Man's Sky" as it features gamers learning how to survive the harsh environment of every planet they have discovered.
As seen on the trailer, gamers will encounter all sorts of environmental dangers such as radiation, toxicity, extreme weather temperatures and lack of oxygen. Gamers will encounter strange beast residing on the planet, not to mention the robotic sentinels patrolling the area. The footage has a few shots of the HUD showing the player’s remaining toxic protection percentage, while later in the trailer, a similar prompt displays the remaining radiation protection.
Gamers will not only be aware of their health, but must also look into their space suit as it might not stand the extreme amount of radiaion and weather conditions of the planet, VG 24/7 reported.
Previous reports revealed that Hello Games will delay the launching of "No Man's Sky" for the PC platform on Aug 12. three days after the game's official launch date for the PS4.
Hello Games did not offer any statement regarding the sudden delay of "No Man's Sky" in the PC platform, which left several gamers baffled and confuse about the changes. Hello Games added that PS4 users will not need a PlayStation Plus to be connected to the game's online content due to the fact that gamers will unlikely see each other exploring the 18 quintillion planets.
"No Man's Sky" will launch on Aug. 9 in the United States, Aug. 10 in Europe and Aug. 12 in the United Kingdom for the PS4, while the PC version will be on Aug. 12.
