Local police found both men dead inside a vehicle parked in the city's 7th Ward not long after midnight on Sunday. The victims' bodies were riddled with gunshot wounds and both were pronounced dead at the scene, according to the New Orleans Police Department, local media outlet NOLA.com reported. Shortly after the incident was reported, police found another man shot dead in the Seabrook neighborhood of New Orleans.

It is not yet known whether the two shootings are connected. It is also unclear what the motive is or who the possible suspects are behind each shooting but authorities have urged anyone with information about the incident to come forward.

The incident takes place only three days after the 32-year-old reality star filed for divorce from her husband of five years, Mickey Wright a.k.a. Memphitz, according to Madame Noire.

Wright was previously married to Lil Wayne between 2004 and 2006 and the former couple even shares a 17-year-old daughter named Reginae together.

She is not only a well-known reality star but also a musician, author and owner of a boutique magazine called Magazine Street.

Shortly after news of the shooting broke, several celebrities took to social media to offer their condolences to Wright including "Toya: A Family Affair" co-star and frenemy K. Michelle and rapper Trina.
