New "Fallout 4" details will feature a new patch support for "Nuka World" DLC and a new island found in "Far Harbor" expansion.
Bethesda Game Studios announce the beta for the patch 1.7 update for "Fallout 4" in the PC platform which comes merely a week after the launch of "Vault-Tec Workshop" expansion. Gamers can download the new update on Steam as the patch 1.7 will have major support features in the last DLC expansion, "Nuka World" in the game.
The Patch 1.7 contains a new store art type for settlements and an improvement to deleting add-ons on the PlayStation 4. Other changes include general stability improvements and quest fixes. Other changes featured in the patch 1.7 is one which some players might really be looking forward to as Marcy Long is no longer an essential NPC and players can kill her off the Sanctuary quest is completed.
NPC vendors will also offer bigger shipments of building materials such as ceramic, rubber and steel. Ther are some animation fixes, as well as a crash that occurred when players invested in store while trading has been fixed.
Bethesda has submitted the "Vault Tec Workshop" specific patch to Sony but it has yet to go live on the PS4 console and there is no word on when that might happen as PS4 users are hoping for an announcement versy soon, SegmentNext reported.
It was previously reported that Bethesda is still working a deal with Sony in adding new mods for the PS4 console, as these mods are still under evaluation.
The PS4 mods for "Fallout 4" was scheduled to be launch by the end of June, but was delayed due to several in-game issues such as lack of sound file support and a storage limit capped at 900 MB. Bethesda stated that they and Sony are planning to increase the limit beyond 900 MB soon.
In other news, Reddit username ColtonStuehrk posted several images of a newly discovered island in "Far Harbor".
The undiscovred island is far off the coast of Far Harbor and judging by the photos, the island is likely unhabited and an abandoned cabin can be found on the edge. It seems that players will likely explore the island and its mysteries, counting the fact that "Far Harbor" DLC currently has the largest map expansion in "Fallout 4", WCCFTech reported.
"Fallout 4" is currently available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC platform.
