With "Suicide Squad" movie hitting cinemas all around the world and its success in box office weekends, it seems that a possible sequel for the film is in the works soon. Viewers who have seen "Suicide Squad" left them puzzled as to what happens next since the ending game the audiences a cliffhanger of an ending with Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) escaping Belle reve prison with the help of The Joker (Jared Leto).
Director David Ayer quickly answered the question as he told Collider that there are plans for a "Suicide Squad" sequel. Ayer stated that they shot the last part of the movie first and it gave him an idea for a possible story as he explained that anything could happen, the relationship between Harley and Joker will be explored event further once the sequel is on track.
Fans are curious to see as to how the "Suicide Squad" sequel will fair well with the first film since there have been mixed reviews regarding how the movie has been executed in terms of storyline and direction. Hopefully DC comic fans and moviegoers will get see more of the Suicide Squad soon.

"Gotham" TV series executive producers Ken Woodruff and John Stephens told Deadline that they will likely add proto versions of "Suicide Squad" members Harley Quinn and Killer Croc into season 3.
The word "proto" has intrigued several readers and fans as showrunners think that is how they will create the myth of these villains in the TV series. With the monters from Indian Hill escaped and let loose on Gotham by the end season 2, there will be a possiblity that the likes of Harley and Croc could apear in the show. The showrunners will likely use the same formula as to how Jerome Valeska (Cameron Monoghan) was being teased as The Joker in TV series.
