Kourtney Kardashian revealed that she would be very happy if her reality television series "Keeping Up With the Kardashians (KUWTK)" ended. Kourtney stars in the show with her mother Kris Jenner, her sisters Kim, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie, and the rest of their family.
The 37-year-old mother-of-three said in an interview with Judith Woods of The Daily Mail's You Magazine that while she does not want their show to end, she also thinks she would be happy if it did and if she could just move away from all of it. She said that by the end of each season, she thinks she has had enough, only to realize once they have had a break that she is ready for more.
The magazine also cited Kourtney as saying that she would be content to live anonymously. She even admitted that she still feels surprised whenever people recognize her on the street.
"I have forgotten that a lot of people have seen me give birth," she joked. KUWTK, which is now on its twelfth season, had broadcast Kourtney giving birth to her first two children, Mason (now six) and Penelope (now four). She also has a 20-month-old son, Reign.
Kourtney explained that they did not intend to show these footages to people, but eventually felt like they needed to share them because they were "just so beautiful." She said that her experience is not crazy as shown in the movies, where there is screaming and yelling.
Aside from her thoughts on the family reality show and on her birthing videos, the oldest among the Kardashian sisters also talked about co-parenting with her children's father, Scott Disick. She and her former boyfriend broke up last year.
Kourtney shared that co-parenting with Scott is really easy as they communicate all the time. She said that they constantly discuss what is going on with their kids because as the tots grow older, the rules also need to be renegotiated. She also said they make sure to go out together as a family because the kids love it. However, she admitted it is difficult to be out in the zoo with cameras in their faces all day.
Kourtney also shared that it is when the cameras stop rolling and she takes off her make-up that she gets to relax and go back to her role as a mommy. According to the petite reality star, she and her kids eat together, get baths, snuggle, and do story time. "Wonderful and peaceful" is how she described these moments.
