YG new girl group BLACKPINK cried after their debut stage recording at Inkigayo.
In a video uploaded in the group's official Instagram, it showed that the girls after they have wrapped up their debut stage. The girls entered their waiting room where staff of their label YG Entertainment and congratulated the group for a job well done.
First to enter the room is Rose and she gave the people high fives and politely bowed at them. She was immediately followed by Kim Jisoo and Lisa and they expressed their thanks to the staff. It was showed that Rose broke down and covered her face and she ran to the staff. Then, Lisa comforted her. Jennie Kim comes in the waiting room and saw Rose crying. She approached Rose and Lisa and embraced them.
It has been an emotional day for the girls who waited for their debut not less than four years. BLACKPINK members have been training under YG Entertainment since 2012 and their debut stage is a memorable one.
Member Jennie Kim is also reportedly injured after performing their debut stage. According to reports, she hurt her ankle, but the BLACKPINK main rapper assured fans that she was fine in a separate Instagram post.
For sure, all eyes are on the new generation of girl group under YG Entertainment, especially on Aug. 14 in Inkigayo.
BLACKPINK debut on Aug. 8 by dropping two music videos - "BOOMBAYAH" and "Whistle" that received an all-kill status in various music charts. The group is set to release six more songs as part of their debut.
As the new girl group is gaining steam, the profile of each member is gaining attention from the media and netizens. YG Entertainment has officially revealed the members of BLACKPINK - Jennie Kim, Lalisa Manoban, Kim Jisoo, and Park Roseanne.
