The latest details and spoilers for "Thor: Ragnarok" will feature the return of the Warriors Three in the sequel and Thor to wield a new Mjolnir hammer.
It seems that three Asgardians will be returning "Thor: Ragnarok" as Volstagg (Ray Stevenson), Hogun the Grimm (Tadanabu Asuno) and Fandral the Dashing (Zachary Levi) will joining Thor Odinson (Chris Hemsworth) in his quest to stop Ragnaroko from ever happening in Asgard.
Collectively known as the Warriors Three, they are Thor's closest allies in Asgard and it seems that they will be playing a crucial role during the events of "Thor: Ragnarok". Several evidences for their return have scattered throughout the internet as tattoo artist PunkturedTattoo posted a photo on his Instagram were Stevenson is getting a forearm tattoo.
Asuno also posted a photo on his Instagram account were he is enjoying a sunshine on the beach of the Gold Coast of Australia.
Lastly, Levi confirmed that he will be reprising his role as Fandral in "Thor: Ragnarok" during the San Diego Comic Con event, ComicBookMovie reported.
It is unknown yet as of now, as to how the Warriors Three will factor in the plot of "Thor: Ragnarok", but seeing more Asgardian characters returning to the sequel is something comic book fans want to see.
In other news, it seems that Thor will wielding a different Mjolnir hammer in "Ragnarok" film as Hemsworth teased several changes for the God of Thunder in the film as he posted a photo on his Instagram account a picture of hammer with the caption "#Thor3 expect big and little changes".
While the Hemsworth photo is a form of a joke, several speculations by fans are making rounds regarding the Mighty Avenger banished from his home realm of Asgard and losing his weapon Mjolnir in the process, Geek reported.
Hemsworth's update on the hammer could be a foreshadowing of certain events on what happened to him after "Avengers: Age of Ultron". "Thor: Ragnarok" will have Thor land on an unknown planet fighting gladiator contest headed by the Grandmaster (Jeff Godlum).
The encounter will take page from "Planet Hulk" as Thor will fight his Avengers teammate Bruce Banner/The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) sporting a one shoulder armor.
Ruffalo stated in an interview that that Bruce Banner/Hulk will be on the run in "Ragnarok" as he tries to remove himself from the rest of humanity altogether. The film will explain more of Bruce Banner and the Hulk's relationship since they have different personality, while sharing the same body. Both their relationship with each other will start to strain as Rufflo explained that the producers are trying to "mess" with it, hinting away from the traditional Banner/Hulk scenario.
Thor in the movie must find an ancient weapon that could stop the cycle of Ragnarok from ever happening in Asgard. The ruler of Hel, Hela (Cate Blanchett) will be the main villain and Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) will helping Thor in his journey.
"Thor: Ragnarok" is scheduled to be release on Nov. 3, 2017.
