Now since a few days are left for the telecast of the four episode of OVA (Original Video Animation) of ''Seven Deadly Sins,'' the excitement is building up. As per the latest updates, the storyline of season 2 will show the romance of the king and Diane.
Recently, the advertisement of the four episode OVA was aired on the official website. Going by the advertisement, it can be safely predicted that the storyline will include the romance of the King and Diane, Anime News Network reported . This 15 second preview included the opening theme song too.
The voice artists of the 4 episode OVA will remain the same as that of season 1. Aoi Yuki will reprise her role and give her voice to the character of Diane. Yuki has given voice to many Japanese anime series like ''Aishiteruze Baby'' (TV) (as Marika), ''Kino's Journey'' (as Sakura), ''Onegai My Melody'' (as Yumeno Koto). She also played various characters in non-anime series like the Japanese drama named as "Himawari-san" where she played the role of Ami Minami, in "Persona 5" where she played the role of Futaba Sakura etc. The voice artists of the 4 episode OVA will remain the same. Jun Fukuyama will provide the voice to the character of the king.
According to Crunchyroll, the season 2 of this anime series is on its way. There will be new staff creating the season 2. Kinji Yoshimoto is all set to be the director and Masahi Suzuki will don the hat of the chief writer. Shōko Yasuda will be responsible for designing the characters.
The 4 episode OVA (Original Video Animation) will be telecast on Aug. 28, 2016. Going back to season 1, one can view the old episodes on Netflix and other streaming channels. The tenth episode was aired on Dec. 7, 2014 which was entitled "Baizeru Kenka Matsuri" which means "Byzel Fight Festival" in English. In this episode the viewers saw eight people competing in the initial brawl in the Byzel fighting festival. Finally at the end of the episode, Ban and Meliodas came out as winners after three rounds and started gearing up for the fourth round.
Episode 11 which was aired on Dec. 14, 2014, was entitled ''Sekinen no Omoi" which means ''A Long-Standing Feeling" in English. In this episode too the viewers got a flavour of the fight between Meliodas and Ban and there were some flashbacks about their past and how they met. Finally, the semi-final rounds ended and there were storms which were expected to engulf the fighting arena.
Now since the season 2 of this popular anime series is announced, the viewers can expect more exciting episodes in the new season. The season 2 of this popular anime series will be named as ''Nanatsu no Taizai: Seisen no Shirushi'' (which means ''The Seven Deadly Sins: Signs of Holy War'').
