"Dragon Ball Super" episode 56 titled "Goku Black Rematch! The Appearance of Super Saiyan Rose" aired on Sunday, Aug. 28 revealing a twist of events. Besides the arrival of Son Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks in the future timeline, the episode revealed the relationship between Black and Zamasu.
"Dragon Ball Super" episode 56 revealed that Black and Zamasu are connected, thereby answering an important mystery. However, there are still more questions lingering about the two enemies.
Realizing that Black met Goku first, Zamasu did not know Goku from the moment they saw each other on Universe 10. Furthermore, Zamasu is already wearing the green Potarra earrings and now fans are wondering whether he is already Kaioshin or he killed Gowasu and stole the earrings.
Black and Zamasu have become more powerful within a short time. Therefore, fans should expect more answers to the mystery between Zamasu and Black when "Dragon Ball Super" episode 57 airs on Sept. 4.
"Dragon Ball Super" episode 56 began with the arrival of Vegeta, Son Goku, and Trunks in the future to battle Goku Black. The army of the resistance attacked Goku, but Trunks saved him. When the army tried to attack again, Trunks stopped them and said that Goku is not Black.
After recognizing Trunks, they immediately asked for forgiveness and revealed that Mai is still alive, staying in a secret camp. Trunks could not help himself but shed tears of joy after seeing Mai.
When people were eating and rejoicing, Son Goku recognized Yajirobe seated in the corner. Trunks, Son Goku, and Vegeta later decide to go and fight Black. During the venture, Vegeta emitted an aura in the sky for Black to track their location.
During the fight, it seemed like the enemy had managed to strengthen his power within a short time. Black was just about to finish Goku when Zamasu came and stopped the attack. The Z-fighters was shocked with what they saw and wondered what the connection between Zamasu and Black was.
