Twitter now finally brings the "while you were away features" to Android users.
The PC World reported that Android owners can now avail the said feature, which is the "while you were away" that has been rolled out to iOS users a month ago on the web and iOS users.
The feature will shows best tweets that the user have not seen that is based by engagement and other factors.
When user launch the feature, a recap of tweets or a quick snapshot of what is happening will be shown that the user missed and content that passed when the app is closed, while to ignore the content when its pop up, the user can just tap the large X next to the "while you were away" message.
The feature has been made in line with the company's plan to have more people join the social media networking site and to keep the people updated and more actively engaged on the said site.
"Our goal is to help you keep up - or catch up - with your world, no matter how much time you spend on Twitter," wrote Twitter product manager Paul Rosania. "With a few improvements to the home timeline we think we can do a better job delivering on that promise without compromising the real time nature of Twitter."
The company added that recaps will frequently pop up for users who check the up once in a while, while users who regularly visit the Twitter won't see the "while you were away" often.
