Several speculations for the upcoming chapter of "Fairy Tail" have been hinted the past few days. The rumors mostly discussed that after Juvia's death, Invel will reveal to Gray that Natsu is END. The succeeding events are expected to feature how Gray would react to the revelation.
When the battle against Invel and Gray started a few chapters ago, a lot of events transpired during the encounter. It seemed that one of the most depressing for fans and manga readers is the death of Juvia in the last chapter.
Now that the "Fairy Tail" chapter 499 ended with a disaster for Gray, fans are already speculating what could happen in the next events given that Juvia died in front of the former. Some fans who participated in a forum at Reddit speculated several things which could happen in the upcoming chapter.
They were guessing Gray's rage over Juvia's death will cause a "slaughter" of Invel, which eventually leads to the latter's defeat. However, the Ice Mage will have another revelation that will rip the heart of the Fairy Tail guild member. Aside from rubbing the fact to Gray's face that Juvia is already dead, Invel will tell him the real identity of END, who is Natsu.
The events that will follow unfold Brandish taking Natsu and Lucy to Zeref, with the latter being confused on Lucy mistakenly thinking she is either Anna or Layla. Brandish assures them she is on their side, while Zeref spills that Natsu is her brother.
Meanwhile, although the past chapter revealed Juvia is already dead, a comment in a spoiler by Yonkou Productions tells otherwise. User Richa said Juvia will be saved by Wendy, enabling her to survive Invel's attacks. Although this may be a mere opinion by some fan, "Fairy Tail" readers at Manga Helpers also hinted the said character would be surviving.
"Fairy Tail" Chapter 500 is entitled, "Burn! Burn it more and more." Release of the said manga has not yet been confirmed. Readers are advised to take everything stated with a grain of salt as these are merely suggestions and speculations.
