"The Last Ship" Season 3 episode 12 goes on air on Sept. 4. The upcoming segment happens to be the penultimate and it is titled "Resistance." The show will see Tom Chandler return home. In the previous episode, Tom Chandler and his crew went head to head with their enemy in Asia, Peng. In an attempt to bring him down, Chandler faces off with him in two epic battles before he defeats him in Japan.
Meanwhile, Chandler must return home and clear his name. Allison Shaw framed Chandler for being a traitor and threat to the nation. In an unexpected moment, Joseph reveals his allegiance. He declares his faith in Chandler's sincerity. At the same time, fans saw the return of Tex. He is here for some significant information on Allison. Fans can expect to see Kara and Tex work together to expose Allison in the final episodes.
Moving on to "The Last Ship" Season 3 episode 12 "Resistance." The network has released a brief synopsis for the penultimate segment. According to the description on Spoiler TV, the episode will see Chandler return home. He is here to fight the bigger battle. Chandler and Joseph will join forces to deal with their enemy back home. He digs deeper into the matter and find out the truth.

In an interview with TV Line, Pyper-Ferguson, who plays the role of Tex, revealed some teasers for the final episodes of "The Last Ship" Season 3. "You know, it's absolutely inevitable. They have to come together in some way, we hope - whether that's through absolute destruction or a little bit of luck and circumstance," he said.
