The upcoming season of "Quantico" will revolve around Alex Parrish's involvement in a conspiracy that may kill lives of many people. The lead character will be questioned by the people around her, especially those people from her new environment, the CIA. On the other hand, the official title for the first episode is already out.
The last season of "Quantico" stopped at several revelations involving Alex's mentor. In the last episode of the first season, Alex who was able to clear her name and save millions of lives, discovered that the man who trained her at Quantico is the mastermind of all the challenging events and tragedy she experienced.
Alex was fired from the FBI, but another chance was given to her when she was assigned as a secret agent of CIA. The official synopsis of season 2 was already hinted by ABC itself stating: "When season two begins, Alex finds herself at "The Farm," the CIA's mysterious training facility. As Alex navigates the dark world of espionage, far different and more dangerous than what she's learned before, she's pulled into the center of a deadly conspiracy that not only threatens the lives of this country's citizens, but the lives of countless others across the globe."
The deadly conspiracy will place Alex amidst doubting people who will question her involvement with the matter. The said conspiracy will also endanger many people's lives around the world. ABC advised fans and viewers to prepare themselves for another thrilling adventure that comes with the upcoming season.
Meanwhile, the official title for episode 1 is "Kudove," a CIA cryptonym or code name, Spoiler TV reported. With the new environment surrounding Alex, several new characters will also be introduced. Blair Underwood will be playing the role of Owen Hall, a CIA officer who will work with the female protagonist.
Some fans are airing their sentiments over the new synopsis released by ABC. Others are not fond that Alex will be again caught inside a dilemma just like what happened in season 1. "Quantico" Season 2 will be airing at ABC on Sept. 25, 10 PM.
