Starbreeze and 505 Games have finally announced that the "PayDay 2: Crimewave Edition" will finally roll out for the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 after several weeks of teasing the content update.
The PayDay 2: Crimewave Edition includes several free content updates and access to more DLC expansion packs in the game. Some of the DLC included are the Jacket Character Pack and the First World Bank Heist.
Players will be treated to more content they can devour in PayDay 2. More heists and missions will be unlocked along with customizations and weapons to suit their preferences.
Starbreeze also announced that the PayDay 2 The Big Score update will be released for PlayStation 4 players in North America today, PlayStation LifeStyle has learned. PS4 players in Europe will have to wait until September 9 before the release.
PayDay 2 The Big Score is priced at $40 and includes 10 DLC packs combined into one. If a player only wants a certain DLC, they can choose to purchase it separately if the price tag is too expensive for them.

Players are better off purchasing the whole DLC pack for $40 as it results in 30 percent savings for the PayDay 2 expansions, Gamasutra reported. The Crimewave Edition can be bought on the PlayStation Network for $30 and they could also purchase it along with The Big Score for just $50 in total.
Customers who get the said bundle will be given The Royalty Collection of masks that they can customize too. Players will have more masks to use on their chosen heists.
PayDay 2 Producer Andreas Häll-Penninger said in a press release that the premium and free content for will satiate players on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4. The whole Crimewave Edition update for the PS4 is around 16GB in total.
