Austin and Jenna Johnson, James Hinchcliffe and Sharna Burgess, Jana Kramer and Gleb Savchenko, Laurie Hernandez and Valentin Chmerkovskiy, Marily Henner and Derek Hough, Maureen McCormick and Artem Chigvintsev, Rick Perry and Emma Slater, Ryan Lochte and Cheryl Burke, Terra Jole and Sasha Faber, and Vanilla Ice and Witney Carson will take the ballroom stage to perform Cha-cha-cha, Jive, Foxtrot or Viennese Waltz.
According to Gold Derby predictions, Rick Perry, the former governor of Texas, and his partner Emma Slater are expected to get the lowest scores. However, it is anticipated that the first week will not feature eliminations like previous seasons.
Meanwhile, the website predicts that Perry has most chances of getting eliminated with 1/4 odds. The publication notes that contestants from political background haven't gone too far in the competition in the past. Next is Ryan Lochte, the Olympic swimmer. He has 14/1 chances of getting eliminated and he is predicted not going too far in the contest.
Actress Maureen McCormick has 25/1 odds indicating the possibility of early elimination. Hence, all the celebrities are expected to return in the second week when the actual competition starts.
