Avid royal fans have been looking forward to Prince William, Kate Middleton and their two children's upcoming Canada royal tour. Anticipation for the Duchess of Cambridge's royal tour wardrobe has been high, although she is said to go casual for the trip.
Royal watchers and fashion lovers have witnessed the Duke of Cambridge's wife's various fashionable ensembles in previous events and royal tours. Middleton has managed to wow fans and critics with her elegant gowns, trendy outfits and chic day dresses. However, the royal mother of two will display her casual side during the upcoming Canada royal tour.
A source revealed to Us Weekly that the Duchess of Cambridge's wardrobe for the said royal tour will include more casual attires than formal dresses. The source added that avid fans will see less of Middleton's glamorous side given the limited number of planned formal dinners and engagements for the trip. It appears that the royal couple is set to spend more time with the locals during their upcoming tour.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte's mother will also be expected to wear outfits from J. Crew, the source stated. Loyal Middleton fans may recall that Duchess of Cambridge has previously worn several fashion pieces from the said clothing line. She has also been known to wear chic looking clothing items from Gap.
On the other hand, a Kensington Palace statement posted on Royal.UK unveiled a detailed look at the royal family of four's upcoming Canada trip. The royal tour will commence on Sept. 24 when the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, along with their two children, arrive in British Columbia's Victoria. The royal couple will then carry out several official engagements while Prince George and Princess Charlotte will stay at the Government House.
The royal tour will have Prince William and his wife visiting several locations and interesting places in Vancouver, British Columbia's Central Coast and Okanagan Valley's Kelowna. The royal couple will also travel to Yukon, as well as the Montana Mountains, Skidegate and more. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their children will leave Canada on Oct. 1.
