The Japanese manga series ''Nanatsu no Taizai'' which means ''Seven Deadly Sins'' in English is equally popular among the viewers of Japan and rest of the world.
The episode four of the special four episode OVA (Original Video Animation) was aired on Sunday. The writer Nakaba Suzuki had specially written the plot of this special season and had shown the romance of the King and Diane intensifying in this episode.
Now since the season 2 of the anime series is announced, the fans are keen to know the storyline of the same.
According to Crunchyroll, in chapter 192 of the fantasy manga ''The Seven Deadly Sins'' which will be published on Sep. 21, 2016 will announce the good news of the upcoming season 2 of the TV anime series. Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine has been serialising this manga since October 2012.
The staff of the season 2 is not yet revealed, however, it can be expected that the list of voice artists might remain the same.
Mamoru Miyano who had given the voice to the character of Gilthunder might reprise again in season 2. Gilthunder is a Holy Knight and the protagonist Meliodas (voiced by Yuuki Kaji) fights with him several times.
Miyano is a 33 year old veteran Japanese voice artist and is known for his roles in non-anime series as Alucard in "Akumajo Dracula Radio Chronicle" which is a Radio Drama, as Cyclops/Scott Summers (voiceover for Tim Pocock) in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" which is a live-action movie in Japanese, as Griffen Lowe (voiceover for Jeremy Foley) in "Claitlin's Way" which is a live-action TV series in Japanese and many more, reported Anime News Network.
He also participated in many theme songs like ''Ajin'' -TV series, ''Koutetsu Sangokushi'' -TV Series, ''Show By Rock!!'' TV Series and many others. Miyano played important cast in TV series like ''Battle Spirits Saikyō Ginga Ultimate Zero'' as Tsuruhashi, ''Dog Days'' as Shinku Izumi, ''Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood'' as Ling Yao and many others.
He also acted in movies like ''Ajin: Demi-Human - Compel'' as Kei Nagai, ''The Boy and The Beast'' as Ichirohiko (Older), ''High Speed! -Free! Starting Days'' as Rin Matsuoka and a few others.
While the viewers wait for the season 2, they can watch the episodes of season 1 on Netflix. Episode 14, of season 1, was named as "Hon o Yomu Hito" which means "The Reader" in English, and was aired on Jan. 18, 2015 in Japanese.
The holy knights got to know about a huge giant roaming around in the mountains and they quickly send an assassination-squad to kill the armoured giant. Meliodas's group also set on to find the giant and they feel that it is one of their old comrades.
Finally the holy knights, the sins and the giant start a three-way battle which ends in an interesting turn. The sins find out their old comrade Gowther (The Goat's Sin of Lust) at the end of the battle.
