Netflix is yet to disclose details regarding "Sense8" Season 2 although several teases have been made recently. For instance, Alfonso Herrera who acts as Lito Rodriguez's (Miguel Ángel Silvestre) lover, Hernando, previously teased that fans should expect a certain depth in the story.
Herrera further recounted that during their table-reading in Berlin, director Lana Wachowski's plans amazed "Sense8" cast members and crew by revealing that the story alone would be mind-blowing. It seems that "Sense8" Season 2 plot will complement the show's thrill to offer viewers a unique perceptiveness.
In the meantime, rumors are rife that Doona Bae's character Sun Bak might appear for the last time in the series, and particularly in the second season. According to Soompi, the actress has been tapped to come back again in the South Korean scene after six years.
However, "Sense8" fans will have to wait and witness if the claims are true. Notably, Doona Bae has yet to comment on the matter although it is highly unlikely that she will give the game away for the sake of "Sense8" Season 2's relevance.
"Sense8" Season 2 is expected to return for a special episode at the end of the year. The rest of the installments will, however, air in early 2017.
