Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, and Royal Blood have taken over the top spots in the first UK album chart to track streaming data along with sales.
The three artists relished the boost after winning the Brit Awards earlier in the week.
Smith reclaimed the number one spot after receiving the best breakthrough artist and the global success award.
Sheeran, on the other hand, won the best British male and album which gave him a boost to number two; while Royal Blood rocketed 15 places and landed on the number three spot after picking up best British group.
On the number four spot was George Ezra who performed at the Brits ceremony last Wednesday.
Taylor Swift who won the best international female rose three places to number five, regardless of the fact that her music was removed from Spotify in November as for the reason that, according to her, free streaming was devaluing music.
Swift was one of the few artists who resist the rise of free streaming, which amplified in the UK last year dropping the CD sales by 8%.
Sheeran sold 35,000 copies of his new album "X" and had a stream factor of 3,400.
Smith's "In the Lonely Hour", sold about 38,000 copies in the past week and the streaming figure was 2,900, according to BBC News.
Official Charts Company chief executive Martin Talbot said that both Smith and Sheeran are now established superstars. They have a wide-range of influence that they appeal to their fans who buy CDs, and snap up album downloads at the same time and stream music highlights.
Meanwhile, Led Zeppelin's "Physical Graffiti"-their 40th anniversary reissue-landed to number six, while Chris Brown and Tyga's at number secen with "Fan of a Fan: The Album"
Following her victory in the best British female category at the Brit awards, Paloma faith skyrocketed from number 33 to number eight.
At number 26 on the singles chart was Madonna with the track she performed at the Brit awards-"Living For Love".
