New details for the "Spider-Man" PS4 will feature several rumored characters and the game will be ported to the PlayStation 4 Pro.
Several rumors are making rounds regarding the possible Marvel characters that will likely be added in the new "Spider-Man" video game for the PlayStation 4. WhatCulture created a survey of top ten characters from the Spider-Man mythos and these names include Spot, Mister Negative, The Tinkerer, Alistair Smythe the Spider-Slayer, The Jackal, J. Jonah Jameson, Massacre, The Vulture, The Inheritors, and Green Goblin.
Both Mister Negative and Green Goblin have been teased as the main villains of the "Spider-Man" PS4 game as the E3 2016 trailer featured the web-slinger fighting masked criminals resembling Mister Negative's gang, while Oscorp has been shown on the background hinting an appearance of Norman Osborn.
Meanwhile, its seems that Insomniac Games will port the "Spider-Man" PS4 game in Sony's updated console, PlayStation 4 Pro.
Sony officially announced the new console during the PlayStation Meeting event along with a new test footage trailer showcasing its impressive graphic improvements and a number of games like "For Honor", "Days Gone", "Watch Dogs 2" and "Spider-Man".
This led to gaming fans speculating that the new "Spider-Man" video game title will likely be ported to the PS4 Pro, or it could be an exclusive game for the update console.
However, Insomniac Games clarified that the game will be featured in both PS4 and PS4 Pro consoles, making sure PS4 users are not left behind, Attack of the Fanboy reported.
The plot of the "Spider-Man" PS4 game will be a standalone story and will feature a more experienced Peter Parker/Spider-Man, which will not tie in to the "Homecoming" film by Marvel Studios. Creative director Bill Rosemann added that the plot will have full of mysteries as there is a story behind everything, delving deeper into the web-slinger's world.
The "Spider-Man" PS4 game will feature an huge open-world gameplay in New York as Spidey utilizes his web swinging and amazing parkour skills to move around and fight criminals on a daily basis.
Sony and Marvel has not yet announced a release date of "Spider-Man" for the PlayStation 4.
