The latest details for "Kingdom Hearts 3" will feature new clues on the "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8" game and sequel to be ported into the Nintendo Switch.
Several rumors are making rounds regarding "Kingdom Hearts 3" being ported to Nintendo's latest console, the Nintendo Switch as Wall Street Journal reporter Takashi Mochizuki tweeted that some third party developer will likely put several PlayStation 4 titles to the new game console.
It is speculated that the "Kingdom Hearts" game series has the highest chance of being ported to the Nintendo Switch console as there have been titles that have been ported to Nintendo like "Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days" and "Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance" and "Kingdom Hearts 3" could be added to the list.
So far, Square Enix has not made any comments regarding "Kingdom Hearts 3" for the Nintendo Switch, but considering how successful on "Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance" was on the Nintendo 3DS, it is likely the sequel will be huge hit in the console when the game is released soon, The BitBag reported.
Meanwhile, game details for "Kingdom Hearts 3" have been teased in the third "Kingdom Hearts" compilation game, "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue".
Game director Tetsuya Nomura told IGN that there is a hidden messages and easter eggs in the "Kingdom Hearts HD" boxes that are related to the story of "Kingdom Heart 3". Nomura added that extremely attentive "Kingdom Hearts" fans might have already discovered the secret , but one is that Sora's movements change from sitting, to standing, to walking.
Fans who found a secret will have to line-up the three illustrations and they show the flow of time with changes in the sky.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" will feature new Disney worlds for Sora, Donald and Goofy to explore as three worlds have already been confirmed based on "Tangled", "Hercules" and "Big Hero 6". Other Disney worlds being teased in "Kingdom Hearts 3" include "Frozen". "Wreck-it Ralph", "Brave", "Zootopia", "The Jungle Book", "Toy Story" and many more.
Game co-director Tai Yasue also teased that Sora and company will meet characters from the Star Wars and Marvel franchises in "Kingdom Hearts 3", but it will take awhile for Square Enix to acquire the rights from Disney.
Square Enix will likely have "Kingdom Hearts 3" released in an episodic style launch as Nomura stated in an interview that there are plans for a episodic release due to the fact that the scale of the sequel's story will be huge and he is overwhelmed about it.
Although, Nomura admitted that he is afraid of an episodic release style as it might ruin the tempo of "Kingdom Hearts 3's" storyline. There is also an online multiplayer feature for "Kingdom Hearts 3" as he has been hinting clues from past interviews, though nothing concrete is being confirmed to date.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" is speculated to be release on 2017 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
