To mark the unofficial "Mass Effect" holiday dubbed "N7," Bioware has unveiled several interesting information about the upcoming gaming title "Mass Effect Andromeda." Recently, the game's storyline, as well as several gaming bundles and collector's edition packs have been revealed.
"Mass Effect Andromeda" is set to provide gamers with a new space adventure, along with the option to play either of the character siblings Sara and Scott. With the game's 2016 "N7" celebration, Bioware has released its pre-order Deluxe and Collector's edition bundles that include a mix of booster packs, armor, weapon sets and more.
Bioware's upcoming game has three gaming bundles namely the Standard Edition, Deluxe and Super Deluxe packs, according to an announcement posted on the game's official website. Priced at $59.99, the Standard pre-order pack includes a nomad skin, deep space explorer armor and a multiplayer booster pack.
The Deluxe and Super Deluxe packs also contain the three bonus items included in the Standard Edition with the inclusion of several items such as four Pathfinder Elite weapons, a scavenger armor, the pet pyjak and more. However, the Deluxe edition lacks the multiplayer super deluxe booster packs included in the Super Deluxe bundle. The two gaming bundles are priced at $69.99 and $99.99, respectively.
Meanwhile, the game's pre-order Collector's edition bundles feature special items such as the Pathfinder's exploration vehicle and a Steelbook case. Priced at $99.99 and $199.99, the Nomad Die Cast Model edition and Nomad RC Vehicle edition include a special Nomad vehicle model and its remote controlled version, respectively. However, the Collector's edition bundles does not include "Mass Effect Andromeda."
In other news, the game's storyline will revolve around the Andromeda Initiative, a plan to explore a new galaxy and find a new planet to call home, according to Game Informer. Four arks containing different human and alien species where deployed to the Andromeda galaxy.
After a 600 year journey, the human ark named Hyperion ended up in a different part of the Universe. Having lost contact with the command center Nexus and other vessels, members of the Hyperion ark will embark on an exploration mission to uncover details of their new location.
