"Final Fantasy 15" will soon hit gaming markets, however, players who will pre-order the upcoming game will get to enjoy special items. Recently, Square Enix revealed its special pre-order bonus items that include weapons, Regalia skins and more.
Avid "Final Fantasy" gamers will be able to get several DLC items when pre-ordering the upcoming action adventure role playing from select retailers. Some of the special items that Square Enix prepared included special skins for Noctis' and his gang's Regalia car.
Four recolor options were incorporated in various pre-order DLC packs such as the Gold Chocobo and the Cindymobile skins, Siliconera reported. Exclusively available for Amazon North America (NA) and Square Enix's NA Online store, respectively, the said skins will add Chocobo and Cindy-themed designs to Noctis' car.
The 16-Bit Buddies and Platinum Leviathan skins will also add unique design elements to the Regalia. Players who pre-ordered "Final Fantasy 15" through Sony and Microsoft's online store, as well as the game's Deluxe and Ultimate Edition, respectively, will get the said skins.
Amazon US' pre-order DLC bundle also offers several weapon bonuses such as the twin blades Mage Mashers, the lance Gae Bolg, the Blazefire Saber and the sword Masamune. Meanwhile, the game's Ultimate edition will provide players with an Angler set, a Travel pack, a Camera kit and a Gourmand set with a pair of rare ingredients.
The "Final Fantasy 15" pre-order DLCs also has Noctis-specific items such as the Royal Raiment costume included in the game's Deluxe and Ultimate Editions. Xbox One players can also get a special Noctis avatar if the game is pre-ordered through the Microsoft store.
In other news, Square Enix is also set to release four expansion packs that will introduce different gameplay features. Three of the four packs will allow gamers to control Noctis' companions namely Gladiolus, Ignis and Prompto.
However, the final DLC will add an online multiplayer expansion to "Final Fantasy 15." In an earlier interview with VG247, game producer Haruyoshi Sawatari shared that the development work for the said DLC is still in its early stages.
Sawatari stated, "We just need a little more time to flesh out and finalize our ideas. We'll be able to present them really, really soon."
"Final Fantasy 15" is scheduled for release on Nov. 29 for PS4 and Xbox One consoles. Watch the game's latest trailer below:
