The Veronicas' Jessica Origliasso and Ruby Rose are back on the dating scene. The pop singer recently confirmed that she has rekindled her romance with the "Orange Is the New Black" actress.
The good news came to light when the "Hook Me Up" singer confirmed the relationship during an interview with Nova FM's Kent "Smallzy" Small on Nov. 7, Monday, Daily Mail reported. It was then revealed that the pair has been in a relationship since Oct. 31.
Origliasso said she and Rose fell in love for the second time while filming a music video for The Veronicas' new song titled "On Your Side." She added that the Australian model was the one who composed and directed the said song.
"It's me. Me and Ruby Rose and it is our love story in this video," Origliasso told radio host Kent "Smallzy" Small. "It's about the dynamic, the highs and the lows of people in love, in a relationship."
Origliasso also opened up about why it failed the first time around, stating that being in the public eye took its toll. She insisted that they are now more protective of their relationship, having first dated back in 2008.
Though their first relationship ended more than eight years ago, the pop singer revealed Rose loves to talk trips down memory lane. The latter apparently reminds Origliasso exactly how much last time definitely happened.
"She doesn't let me forget anything," Origliasso added. "I don't know, it's just a crazy thing when you care about someone for so long and then you have the chance to be able to reconnect."
News of their reunion first surfaced when the former "The Project" host posted a photo of her and Origliasso on Instagram. In the photo, the two were seen sitting on the back of a car as the sun sets.

The new relationship comes about a year after Rose called off her engagement with Phoebe Dahl in December 2015, E! News reported. At the time, the former took to Twitter with a heartbreaking message to her former fiancée.
@FAIRCLOTHSUPPLY remains very dear to my heart. I will forever treasure our time together. I’m a better person because of all we shared.
