“Grand Theft Auto 6” remains a dream for most gamers as Rockstar Games focuses on adding content to “Grand Theft Auto 5” and focus on “Red Dead Redemption 2” set to come out in 2017. GTA 6 is expected to come with tons of goodies and perks possibly in 2020.

The issue on when “Grand Theft Auto 6” is actually being debated as we speak. Many feel that the sixth installment could be out by 2018, a year after the Fall 2017 release of “Red Dead Redemption 2”. Seeing however that Rockstar may have its resources tied up to the western-action sequel, 2020 is seen as a safer and logical wait,

All this is further supported by the fact that nothing much has been done for “Grand Theft Auto 6”. The base foundation for GT 6 is believed to be minimal and the last thing that Rockstar will want to do is rush a release in 2018, Cinema Blend reported.

Another point to consider is that Rockstar Games is also doing some observing. Aside from the content perks, there is the game console situation to consider. Microsoft and Sony are rolling out new consoles soon and the focus here is the display capabilities.

This would touch on the rumors tied up to possible virtual reality support for GTA 6, though all that would depend on the map and other assets (i.e. vehicles, structures) that would be present in the game. There is a belief that most of that may already be out in the open via GTA V.

For now, the best thing to do is keep an eye out for “Grand Theft Auto 5”. The latest addition to GTA V was a new vehicle (motorcycle) and game mode.

A new motorcycle has been added in the form of the “Nagasaki Shotaro”, a new Tron-like addition to the Legendary Motorsport. There is also the new Deadline mode which allows players to use a custom map on the new Shotaro bikes armed with temporary emitting light trails.

The special mode calls for riders carrying different light trail colors where the objective is to avoid coming into contact with other riders. Coming into contact will set off an explosion, Game Spot reported.
