The latest details and possible spoilers for "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4 will feature the plot details of episode 7 and an Inhuman character joining the show.
It seems that plot details for episode 7 has been revealed online titled "Deals With Our Devils." will have haft of of S.H.I.E.L.D. strike went missing after Robbie Reyes/Ghost Rider's (Gabriel Luna) uncle Eli Morrow (José Zúñiga) powered up the machine that turned Lucy Bauer ( Lilli Birdsell) and the rest of the scientist into ghost, ComicBook reported.
This in turned grant Eli super powered abilities, while Phil Couslon (Clark Gregg), Leo Fitz (Iain De Caestecker) and Robbie himself disappeared. It is theorized that Coulson, Fitz and Robbie will turn into "ghost" when "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4 returns.
Coulson and his team battled that Lucy and his ghost allies as they are after a demonic book called the Darkhold that drove theminto madness. Lucy kidnap Eli so that he could help her restore her physical form. S.H.I.E.L.D. along with Robbie staged a rescue on Eli and stop Lucy from destroying the world.
However, it turns out that Eli manipulated Coulson, Robbie and S.H.I.E.L.D. in order to gain access to the Darkhold and use it gain god-like powers of his own. The publication adds that their disappearance can become the "crux" of the remaining episodes.
Gregg explained during an interview that all three characters are not dead, but they are trapped somewhere and must find a way to get back. A little "Doctor Strange" factor since the film introduces multiple dimensions, so its possible that Coulson, Fitz and Robbie are trapped in another plain of existence in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
In other news, it seems that a new Inhuman character will be added to the cast of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4.
Marvel announced that the "Inhumans" will become a TV series and it will be shown on ABC and in IMAX theatres for its two episodes. It is hinted that the Inhuman superhero Dinesh Deol/Grid will be joining Coulson during season 4.
According to ComicBookMovie, "The Hundred Foot Journey" star Manish Dayal has been added in the cast and credited as simply "Man" in the show, but his character could more than just that. Grid in the comicshas the ability to manipulate the electro magnetic spectrum of the planet. He is able to psionically control waves of the spectrum and render them tangible to certain effects. For example, using this ability he was able to instinctively, with no training, easily lift an automobile.
Grid's other abilities include computer interaction, electromagnetic vision, EMP emission and channeling conduits.
"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." season 4 will return on Nov. 29 10pm on ABC.
