After the release of the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 and the NMD R2, German athletics brand Adidas continues to bring fire into the shoe game with another version of its most famous running shoes, the Ultra Boost.
The Ultra Boost 3.0 dropped yesterday in the US and the much-awaited model of the shoe will have 11 colorways to choose from. Adidas released Ultra Boost 3.0 with six colors for men, namely, black, white, blue, gray, navy and burgundy, and five colors for women, namely, black, white, red, blue and navy. The colors were said to be inspired from "dark shades of an urban winter," as reported by Esquire.com.
Ultra Boost 3.0 is also reportedly has an improved rib structure that supports fit and breathability to the wearer. Aside from shoes' developed Primeknit structure, the cage that showcases that three stripes logo of the brand has been transformed into a milky translucent material compared to the two earlier models of having the cage into an opaque style.
Though considered as the best running shoes in the market, the Ultra Boost has grown into a casual sneaker that sneakerheads' claim they have to have in their collection. With its style and comfort and with many saying that wearing the Ultra Boost is just like wearing nothing at all, the shoe has been considered a definite cop by reviewers and critics alike.
According to Footwear News, the Ultra Boost 3.0 will have a retail price of $180 and is already available on the adidas website. Though with a general release, the Ultra Boost 3.0 is expected to sell out quickly in its release and resellers would definitely increase the price for those who have missed buying their pair in the store.
