"Halo 5's" map editing tool known as "Forge" was given a new update as it was announced by 343 industries a couple of days ago. The new patch of the customizing tool will bring new materials into the game that users can utilize in putting up a map that might catch other player's fancy.
Gamespot publicized that the "Monitor's Bounty" patch has brought alongside tons of so-called "Forge Items" to be added to the existing database of items within the editing tool. The report also highlighted that the tweak concentrated on the creation of improved scripting tools that will help spark gamer's imagination in devising a variety of differently themed game types. As of late, "Halo 5: Forge" now has a generous sum of almost 4,000 Forge items and will be stashed with 650 more.
Aside from the latest addition of items and a few tweaks in the system, The PC variant of the game will be endowed with a "custom game browser" that enable players to look for skirmishes to check if they are able to join it. The new search tool arrived together with an enhanced version of the earlier released content browser so if players want to check out a specific map he/she may do so using such feature, PC World quoted.
As of late, the current crowd favorite among players is the "Clogged Toilet" map. As the moniker suggests, the map consists of an extremely oversized toilet bowl complete with a gigantic plunger and a roll of tissue. A launching ramp can also be seen as players are being catapulted towards the mouth of the bowl whilst the opposing team emerges from the hole of the bowl itself.
With the new patch that arrived for Forge, it's only a matter of time when someone comes up with another insane idea for a game map.
